May 27th and 28th

Held Annually at the Corner of Bollinger Canyon
and Alcosta Blvd.

In San Ramon, California

This is Northern California’s largest funfest fun fly!

Special guest fliers as well as fliers from all over enjoy flying demos in front of HUGE crowds with a great sound system!

Kiter's will enjoy a free breakfast on the field and refreshments throughout the day. Oh, did I say FREE?

Fliers Note: There is still no building directly behind the flying field!!

Back again for 2001!

Check out the Coast Guard's Air Rescue Helicopter!

U.S. Coast Guard HH-65 Air Rescue Helicopter

They will land both days on the soccer field closest to the
San Ramon Fire Department.

Over 175 food and crafts booths means that your non-kiting mate/friend will actually enjoy tagging along to this kite festival!

The "Hot Air Balloons" are back again this year! If you have never seen a field full of hot air balloons lifting off, do get up early and check this out up close and personal Monday morning at dawn. The noise the smell and the excitement as those majestic craft take off can not be described. It's well worth getting up early on your day off!

Included in the fun will be candy drops for the kids, free kids kite making workshops, Mass ascensions, kite flying lessons, A 5K run/walk/in-line skate
